13th & 14th November 2002 - Workplace Basic Skills Network Fifth Annual International Residential Conference and AGM, The Hilton Birmingham Metropole, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.

30th October 2002 - Workplace Basic Skills in London: An Update on National and Regional Priorities with a Focus on Partnership Building. This seminar will be held at the BSG House, 226-236 City Road, Nr Old Street, London.

16th October 2002 - A Regional Workplace Basic Skills Network Seminar funded by the Greater Merseyside LSC. Workplace Basic Skills : An Update on National Strategy, with Employer, Provider and Union Perspectives. This seminar will be held at the The Foresight Centre, 1 Brownlow Street, Liverpool.

18th September 2002 - Workplace Basic Skills in the North West of England - A focus on Lancashire and the National Strategy, Lancaster House Hotel, Lancaster University, Lancaster.

2nd July 2002 - The London Regional Workplace Basic Skills Forum: Dissemination Seminar Project achievements and outcomes - Next Steps. This event was held at the Commonwealth Institute, London.

22nd May 2002 - The Fourth London Regional Workplace Basic Skills Seminar was entitled English for Speakers of Other Languages. This event took place at the Congress Centre, London.

8th May 2002 - The Second SEEDA Seminar : Developing a Workplace Basic Skills Strategy for the South East Region - Professional Development in Workplace Basic Skills : Fitting the Jigsaw Together. The event took place at the Carlton Hotel, Guildford.

16th April 2002 - The Third London Regional Workplace Basic Skills Seminar was entitled A Focus on the Health & Care Sectors. This event took place at the Canonbury Academy, Islington, London.

21st March 2002 - Workplace Basic Skills in the South East, Sharing Strategy and Good Practice - A Regional Workplace Basic Skills Network Seminar funded by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) through the Fund for Learning and Skills. This seminar provided an opportunity for basic skills practitioners and co-ordinators involved in the delivery of workplace basic skills programmes to find out the latest developments both nationally and regionally that may affect their practice.

7th March 2002 - Building Professional Capacity in Workplace Basic Skills - A regional Workplace Basic Skills Network Seminar in partnership with Yorkshire Training Partnership. This event took place at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club, Hillsborough, Sheffield.

6th February 2002 - Workplace Basic Skills in London, Funding and Delivery Issues - This second London Regional Workplace Basic Skills Seminar took place at the MIC, London.
