This seminar is part of a programme of support developed by The Network
for South East Skills for Life workplace providers and focused on successful
delivery of workplace language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) in Local Authorities.
Keynote speakers at this seminar provided delegates with an up to date
picture of current national and regional initiatives while a series of
workshops provided an opportunity to share best practice, work on their
own organisation's action plan and examine the relationship between Skills
for Life and other key local government priorities.
This seminar was aimed at those Local Authorities who are already in
the process of applying for the GO Award or who would simply like to know
more about it as well as workplace co-ordinators and managers in provider
organisations, brokers, intermediaries and other stakeholders.
