Level 2 Contextualisation Project

The Network is delivering a new national project on behalf of the Employers' Organisation for local government to build Skills for Life awareness and capacity within local authorities. Over the coming months the Network will be contextualising the Skills for Life Level 2 Certificate in Adult Learner support to reflect the needs and aims of local government. The intended audience for the qualification is likely to be HR and Training Managers, Middle Managers with responsibility for managing staff performance and Union Learning Representatives.

The programme will be piloted in different regions. The project will also include evaluation, identification of lessons learned, recommendations for on-going roll-out and a dissemination event.
