4. permits Lancaster University, on the Contributor's behalf, to do any acts and things that Lancaster University may consider necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of the licence granted to users of the site under clause 1 above;

5. waives the contributor's rights (if any) to object to derogatory treatment of the resources or case studies.
