Create/Plan Stakeholder Team
- Select provision manager, programme leader(s) and practitioners.
- Select the members of the stakeholder team. Include qualified Language, Literacy and Numeracy practitioners. You may include brokers, learning mentors, union learning representatives, vocational trainers etc.
- Define and agree stakeholder team roles.
- Provide professional development for the stakeholder team. Enable Language, Literacy and Numeracy practitioners to adapt their practice to the workplace environment.
