- Supervisor(s)
- Provider Project Leader
- Broker (if involved)
- Union Rep (Learning Rep)
- Vocational Trainers
- Employee Representatives

  • Agree Terms of Reference:

- To ensure vertical representation of organisation
- To advise on development of strategy and implementation of workplace
Language, Literacy and Numeracy programme
- To ensure linkage with organisation’s corporate objectives and
key performance indicators
- To provide support to the project team
- To monitor and review strategy and implementation of action plan
- To negotiate the project team contract
- To agree how often steering group will meet

  • Make Initial Proposal:

- Sample of Proposal Document Following First Visit - Large Company

  • Consider Contract Options:

- Ensure harmonisation with Union Learning Agreement if there is one in place

  • Agree Next Steps
